SCULPTED DESIGN
The sweeping contours are designed to please the eye while achieving the structural objectives of minimizing material and efficiently routing stress through the assembly.
OPEN FOR COOLING
This mount was intended to be located in the grill of a car, directly in the air stream. The rear and sides were deliberately left as open as possible to facilitate airflow over the cooling fins of the lamp.
BUILT FOR STRENGTH
Automobiles are a dynamic environment. Parts are near constantly subject to vibration and shock.
Every element of the aim adjusting assembly has been oversized to reduce point stress, this prevents material fatigue and contributes to rigidity.
